TOPIC: Multiple warnings request on Lolgamerfreak

Reason - (What rules did the person break?) - Basically in my eyes the rules he broke are:
3 X Random demote
~5 or 6 times Hitman job abuse to get money for himself from other people hits
Mic spam (seriously its very annoying when he starts screaming on the mic like a little kid...)

Story - (What happened?) - starting from the begging. Lolgamerfreak writes in /ooc saying "blazer come to the

bank to unarrest me, some cop random arrested me, then i came over to the bank and

used my arrest baton (couldn't find the unarrest baton, honest mistake) and sent him

back to jail (i wasn't sure at that moment whether i arrested him or the opposite),

after maybe 3 minutes he casts a demotion on me saying "rda" which you can see in this

picture : prntscr.com/2ef4k3 , so I got demoted and I casted a demotion on him

saying "random demote", he got demoted as well, then we switched jobs, i was a cop and

became a hitman, he was a hitman he became a cop, then after a while, maybe 20-30

minutes, i receive another demotion from him saying the same thing "rda" (too bad i

didn't take a screenshot of it), basically i got demoted again, i told him you cannot

demote 2 times for the same thing , he told me the reason he demoted me is because "i

don't think you should be a cop", and then i told him to expect a forum report, after a

while i started making hits on him because he angered me (but not only i was making

them, some other people were doing that as well, then after a while i started noticing

that all of his hits mysteriously dissapeared, then i checked the logs and look what i

managed to take screenshots of (i would have taken more but i couldn't scroll up in

the logs that far) and i told him that what hes doing is hitman job abusing and he

saying "well stop spamming hits on me", after all that i receive a 3rd random demote

saying "Spamming hits on Lolgamerfreak" which you can see in this picture :
