This is the only rule that I can seem to take a picture of as proof that is being exploited. I was unable to test keypad functioning and/or anything else because I was shot and killed before I could reach the keypad.
Not only was this structure breaking Base rules, which every player accepts when they join, the team of people inside were killing countless amounts of people(RDM) sniping from windows, throwing out slams to blow up people walking by and shooting anyone near the door of their base with no KOS message or line of any sort. Smallville was present on the server but was not responding. I suggest looking into any chat logs and/or kill/death logs if you use them.
This went on until 7:25 EST until the server crashed/reset. I would make guess that this went on for roughly 1 hour or more. I've uploaded every picture I took while at the entrance of their structure. Hope it helps in some way prosecute the owner of it. For everyone else that was enjoying themselves while inside Mr.Hyde's base, what goes around comes around.

DoM, on the pictures, I cant see who owns the props, it's unclear.

It's also that this rule shouldn't be broken, but worth a warning if anything.

Oh I can upload full size images. I just noticed that the attachments on here get shrinked. I'll do it tomorrow I gota get some sleep! Work in 7 hours lol.

If anything I would've given this guy a warning in-game, not a ban.
