Okay I just want to explain the situation, TWIX got a wanted sign, so I decided to arrest him, ( Didn't know I can't arrest a mod on duty, so I was going to search for him.

You can see in the video, twix and reyman.
Twix said I can't arrest him because he is on duty "lolo"
after this reyman shoot me.
He said "thanks verox <3" I didn't attack reyman so he has random killed me and twix saw it but didn't warn him.

After the trouble I contacted twix and twix said he didn't saw it, thats truly a lie.

So In my opition he is not worth as mod when he prefer people over the rules.

place the demo file into your garrysmod folder and type in the console "playdemo nino" after this
type "demoui" and set the tick to 1850

As I said in the last one, if you are going to upload video proof, put it on youtube rather than making all of us download it.

I've seen TW!X on the server quite a lot, perfectly doing his job, and I've only seen him go really AFK once. Also, like Baron said, you should convert the file and upload it to Youtube, rather then have us download it. This is for convenience and it'll make it easier for Admins to decide if the rule-breaker should be punished.

Also, according to your logic about preferring friends rather then rules, if you think about it, you can come up with a little story.
"Jimmy and Nino got to learn a new rule today. The rule said that you were not allowed to help eachother. Nino sees Jimmy hanging off a cliff, but Nino is a good boy and keeps following the rules. Jimmy falls. RIP Jimmy."

Ofcourse, this is an entirely different scenario, but it's the still the logic.

This has been blown out of porportion. You were about to arrest him, he was typing, telling you to stop, I stepped it and shot you becauase you were going to arrest him. We weren't working together, I was talking to him. You are the one that tried arresting a Mod on duty. I just prevented you from doing so.

Looking in the video Twix did nothing wrong. So why demote him?

He did nothing wrong?
His friend killed me for no reason and twix said thanks to him (teamwork)

Because you just tased and was about to arrest someone trying to help somebody? I did him a solid, he thanked me. Simple.

It's common sense. He is an OOC job, meaning he is not to be affiliated with IC things, like arrests, pritners, bases, etc.

Funny I was about to donate for this community but there always some moderator who abuse theire rights, I own a community which is 100 times bigger than this and I nerver saw something like this.

Just because he said "thank you" does not make him a bad mod. If you were about to arrest him and he was, he could have been fined and lost his money, and he simply meant "Thanks, you saved me from getting fined"

He's a mod, he can't fly places so he has to conduct most of his staff activitys on the ground. He was helping someone, and was walking away. He looked AFK, but it turns out he wasn't. Either way. I am not at fault. You are.

Not saying he should be demoted or that i support this topic, but its rather easy to just rage quit then to continue something you started with lack of good evidence and lack of good reason(s) and build it to something stable and something considerable.
