Story - I was going to buy an apartment in the hotel but oSecret's prop was blocking the way, so I kindly asked him to remove it, but he didn't respond, nor delete the prop

Before any action will be taken, i wanna see what osecret have to say.

This was not prop block, I owned them doors anyway and there is NO prop block you can just jump over it, so I would greatly appreciate it if you didn't come to our forums and lie about things. In the apartment below this one I was with 4-5 admins and mods and they didn't have a problem with this, they just told me to buy the doors up there and use them, which I did! They was for my money printers and drugs in the end.. Well... Until Bane destroyed my whole house! -_- And Xhantium if you remember I've told you about this already.

Im not sure if this allowed because you can't keep bases in which you have to crouch to get in, why should you be allowed to have a base if you have to jump to get in...?

Jumping and crouching are two completely different things. If you don't know how to jump, you may wanna check your binds. Same goes for crouching.

Anyway, if there were 5 Moderators/Admins online at the time and nobody seemed to care about it, then I'm pretty sure it was alright for oSecret to do this.

If you were 1 of the 5 admins online at the time, please tell us in detail why you didn't do anything about it.

Who me? Or someone else? Because I was not online at this time.

First this is not propblock, you can easy jump over it,.
2nd of all, you don't have SteamID proof.
Also just a small jump like this is allowed, as long as its not a bigger part of the base where you have to jump.
