Story - First i saw him Propclimb to some other appartment than mine, but when he saw my appartment he climbed over to it and tried to block my window as seen with a table in the last picture (i couldn't get a better picture as he blocked my wiew).

Time and date (CET) - Wednesday around 09:50 AM.
Other comment - He did not raid me, cause he left after a little time after i saw him probclimb!
But i wouldn't say he need a hard punishment as he didn't raid anyone, but we gotta deal with rulebreakers!
And there was no admins nor mod on at the time to deal with it.
