The proof really only shows him killing you once really. We can't be overly sure, but he shouldnt be placing slams at spawn.

I also see that he's rulebreaking all the time!!!

as I remember gundulf I think is hunter...? I may or may not be wrong but as my memory serves:Its hunter (Btw my memory sometimes sucks). Also I dont think that anyone who has slams out in the spawn as civil waiting that someone woud pass. Also what in the name of zarp is he doing as mutant above ground and killing everyone above

I think at one point hunter did have his name as gandalf or something, but today I say both of them on at the same time. So I think they are different people.
