Reason - Physgunning a car when somebody is stealing it.
Story - I saw 'Militra' picking his car up when somebody was trying to drive away, although it was a citizen in the car he should not be physgunning the car and should have reported him for stealing as citizen. He was throwing the car around alot and hit me multiple times.

Thank you for reporting this Jawdan. It appears that the user did physgun the car when someone was stealing it in a blatant disregard for the rules. A 60 minute bane has been issued.
