Reason - Prop block, prop push, illegal building

Story - So basically this is for two people fezwalker and Leonidas_TR. They were placing props at the bottom of the stairs (Attempt of prop block). I entered there house then Leon decides its a good idea to prop push me out. After he goes in to the streets to build a bathroom. Then Morgan of Freemans stops him and is waiting for this proof.

Well you have some evidence which is always good and helps alot.

You do have proof of him attempting to prop block the stairs and also him building in the middle of the road.
I would stay Neutral but i did see these minging when i was playing the other day.

For that reason i'd say
