Reason - Propspamming untill server reached 400 ping and then left, while it was at 400 ping.

Story - In theese pictures it is shown that he is the only one with increasing activity before the lag and that he changed job from: Godfather to thief, to drugdealer, to thief. Then he suicided so I couldnt TP to him as soon as he saw me TP'ing. He left the server 10 minutes after creating the lag.

Evidence is... Substantial. Although there are a few screen shots that are the same in terms of the console. However I did come on and immeditly noticed the lag increasing and the discovery of the boxes.

The propspam can't really be proven to be him - but I wouldn't be surprised if he had.
