Story - Morgan Of Freemans used his admin powers the moment after he logged in to perform a !goto to locate me and 0wnages base, he then moments later went admin on duty after I told him it was abuse and asked me what I was talking about. shortly after this he left the base as admin on duty, stayed on duty for a few minutes and then proceeded to change to master thief and proceeded to lob grenades at the door of our base. He had been asked kindly to leave me alone as i was down to my last bit of money, had had a bad day and just wanted to get some money, at the time we were the only people on the server +lerugen who was afk. At this point he started approaching us, asking if he could base with us, at first i was hessitant and told him no considering he had just lobed nades at our door, i eventually said well, maybe, but you have to change your job first, you can't camp as a master thief.

He then proceeded to tell me that the rules had been recently changed and that master thieves were now allowed to base. Him being an admin I did believe him in regards to rules as it takes quite a bit of decent decision making when it comes to rules. (It's worth mentioning this happened OOC through teamspeak 3) Now while he directed me around in the motd randomly up and down pretending to try to find it himself, give or take 30-40 seconds of looking through motd i was suddenly and abruptly killed by morgan with the m249, while he was directing me over teamspeak to the rules he was lockpicking through the door (knowing i was distracted due to the teamspeak rule directing, as far as i know that's meta gaming) I considered this to be rdm and then proceeded to do a !goto as he had used meta gamed information to get in and at that point what he had done i considered to be meta gaming, he then proceeded to tell me he would warn me for abuse of powers, fair enough i shouldn't have done a goto but that doesn't make what he did go away either. Further on with the story, at this point he told us he wans't going to blow up our printers, him having lobbed grenades at our base that wasn't anywhere near believable and only caused further anger, and so i did what any really angry player who was just screwed over would've done, i swore at him 2-3 times over teamspeak, he then pulled me away and warned me for disrespecting him. So this is where that story ends.

The following day and time morgan has pulled me into rooms to talk to me about the incident even though i told him ;time after time; that i didn't want to talk to him or about the incident as it still enraged me, he kept on using his admin privilege to pull me back in, this last happened the 28th of september around 03:30. He has also regularly moved into rooms with me and ownage and when we asked him to leave us alone he just continued on talking ignoring the request or telling us that he was playing the game which room we were in, although i don't have a recorded proof of this, kingjoe has said that he will vouch for it as he was in the room with us a few of the times that happened.

Time and date (CET) - 27th of september 02:00-02:50 gmt+1 digital time.
Other comment - I have done my best to keep away from him as i'd like to prevent further incidents but he has
on a regular basis followed me and 0wnage on the teamspeak 3 server to the point where the behaviour could be described as stalkerish or even called stalking. (in terms of continously chasing us around rooms and refusing to leave us alone, using admin powers to pull players into rooms of his choise and then back in again when they try to leave)

You were looking for it when I lock picked you doors in a raid and killed you and ownage and just sat there, I never intended to destroy printers.

I can confirm that this happened in the Team Speak server. I also have two voice recorded memento's on my desktop of him switching back and forth between channels and him fighting against us. Kingjoe was also in the channel at the time who was a witness to what had happened.

We did the re-enactment the (Wednesday night), I invited one of my friends to come onto the server to check it out, he saw the whole re-enactment. After you raid us, you laugh your ass off and then we kick you out of our base. Which I might add you were about to cry, (Seemed mopey and strict as to what had happened earlier) so you then went admin on duty and came to us, and told me that I couldn't be Master Thief anymore (therefor you "lied" about the rule change). You then told me to change to Gangster or you would warn me.

I was doing Trigonometry/algebra with right angle triangles for tomorrows test that I had. Me and DJ were simply making money that night, we were minding our own business until you showed up.

I also have to mention that during DJ's Modderator Application, he had it out for him from the begining. Morgan gave him -support because DJ used to be a minge. I reply with a "what happened in the past, happened in the past, everyone should be given a second chance." response.

You were Master thief and he was a gangster before any of that happened.

+Support - What I think is that Morgan Isn't Mature Enought to be an Admin, He is also adding those stupid gifs which we have told him to stop like 5 times now, He abuses his power very often and i almost never see him helping anyone.

Regarding the potential teamspeak infringements, I will talk to Konth about, since they aren't proven at the moment.

So to conclude, there is nothing really here to prove anything worth more than a Tier 1 warning. If you do find more proof other than text logs which can't really be relied upon - feel free to make another request (I will still talk to Konth about the TS accusations)
