Reason - Fail administrating, refusing to read the rules. Kicks people before letting them explain. Random kicks.
Story - I wanted Phoenix for having an illegal structure as the rules stated that he needs a license for public building from the mayor. He gets arrested and kicks me without letting me explain. Than he continues kicking people for 'raiding whilst i am building' and says radio maanagers are allowed to build publicly.

I've already read the rules. I've let people explain before kicking/warning. (Unless they refuse to explain anything) I've not random kicked anyone. Only kicked people in cases.

â€¢Building a base is no reason that raiders can't enter, if you are building and the raiders want to enter just let them in, if you got printers that is your own fault. What's your input on this Silent phoenix? How could you not know this as a moderator? You even kicked him, which is a tier one offence ("Player exclusion abuse: invalid kick.") Because i allways was told that i couldnt raid buildning people.

As moderator, you're expected to know the rules. And enforce them!
