I think all PERP admins that got admin without applying, should be demoted, and reapply.

I would like Konth to have a say in this, considering he gave him admin.

Me and Konth already agreed to demote janbas even before this was made. So this just supports our decision. I don't know if i should put accepted because he will be demote, or denied since he already is, so i will put closed.
