TOPIC: [CLOSED] Admin abuse "GoldSaw"

Hey guy I was playing in the server and a hobo was keep throwing bugbait at me all the time! And followed me and throwed bugbait at me, then I shot him. The hobo didn't say anything about it because he knew he was wrong so he just walked on and throwed bugbait at other people, but then I get kicked! And reason was "Reason" Then I rejoin and I get kicked again with same reason and again rejoin and kick. At last I was able to join and then I talked to the Mod and he said he was also going to make a ticket about this, because he admin abuse so badly.

The Moderator in question is [ZARP]ColdSaw not GoldSaw

I've seen this moderator kick various people with no good reason at all.
He also abuses the rules himself like NLR when i was handling an complaint from the player in question and then kicking him before i could even finish my conversation with the player.

*Note that kicking someone for disobeing rules is legit but it should have been posted in an different context

If this is true then he abuses same day as he gets his powers. I'll look into this asap.

Hey Ilmer.
The kick was for insulting and ignoring me. I teleported you to me and asked you why you attacked people. A friend of mine saw it and told me on Teamspeak that you are randomly shooting at other player. So i asked you why you did this. Your answer to this was "stop freezing me".
I did not even said that you did anything wrong because i wanted to hear what you are saying to this whole thing.
You just ignored and insulted me.
Thats the reason for the kick. The Hobo thing was not the reason.
Also there was no reason with "reason". You made me angry and i wrote "stfu" as reason. I think you lyed at this one because you could not explain this here on the forum.
And i never kicked you just because you rejoined. Stop lying on that one.

On the screenshot i kicked Nexus for RDM. Me and Morpheus was asking him why he RDM. He answered "but it's boring".
I think it is legit to kick someone who RDM because he was bored. Most Admins would have banned him permanently.

Yeah it is right that i kicked, warned a lot of people. I just did not ignored the people and tried to help as much as possible.
It is also right that i sometimes did not wrote valid reasons for kicking people. But i had valid reasons for all kicks. I will remember that one for the future.

We admin to not kick for disrespect only if they disrespect others as mod you should just say cool and ask for him to not disrepect others.

After i said to him that he should not talk with me like that he answered with "yea try to speak english you fucking kid".

You still dont kick you let it go by if he said speak english you kid and does not say he will not do it again then you kick him but when people swear at mods or admins just leave it we can take it but speaking to other players like it is bad so tell them to stop if they so no its a kick.

He insultes me - i say stop that - he continues - i kick.
i do not see anything wrong here.
