I wasn't there at the time. Your video is really short but what I can see from the footage: there is a big bunch of burning vehicles around. If he knews you were there and knew where to aim for. They were probably looking out for you as it was. You did not enter their property however. I'm really not sure what happened/went on before you arrived. Your explanation was too brief, as clearly it looks like a warzone. And I wonder if that came to your mind whilst staying there. I would get out of there if I saw a rampage like that.

I don't think it works like that. If you stand there with the force trying to kill them with weaponry, you can't just make a switch and go 'ok retreat' and then stand around waiting for a fireman as-if nothing happened. Clearly the criminals had no way of knowing you had called it off and were pretty much on their toes.

This is not sufficient proof to proove that it was out of the blue. As mentioned there was a raid not too long ago, and samuel can't just expect the cops to not show up again.Try to keep ANY video above 2 min or something like that.
