Watched the video. A frame by frame look leads me to infer the person who planted the bomb was the person who was run over at 0:18, not Dante. Artyom reached the same conclusion.

This is proof your car was bombed to hell, but I don't believe Dante was the bomber in this video.

And also if you watch the patterns, the person who got ran over was beside the car, never inside of it...

And what proves it was random? And anyways, if agent was standing right there, why didn't he ask dante about the situation? Both of you failed on this one. Nothing proves that you weren't in a war.
