Story - He went into a bank which had just been raided and was still in the process of being raided and then killed around 6 people in there who were raiding as Mod on duty

I talked to him and he stated that he forgot he was mod on duty. 1 of the witnesses also explained the situation. He should not forget this again, but for now he will now get an official warning.
