+Support Reason:I also was there when BartTheHobo tried to crash the server. I was inside Morgan Industries when the server started to lag VERY VERY BAD. Morgan told me what happened and I looked and I was astonished. The ground was covered in Gangster Pistols. I started to remove them one by one. As Morgan said there are screenshots. Witnesses as the sole evidence RARELY result in a verdict.

I think that witnesses are the worst proof you can get. A bunch of people could want a person banned and say they all witnessed him break the rules.

I still don't see it being something that deserves a perm ban. The issue with the situation is that the individual could be new to the gamemode and therefore - might not see harm in spawning the entities. Until there are gangster pistols painting the tarmac because some not-so intelligent people decide to shoot them.
