And you say on my post that someone shouldnt be banned for shooting at me but someone simply arrested you for 2 minutes? + It isn't fail rp its a game bug.

Since the old ZARP - it is, and always has been: 'FailRP' - in the real world, you can not taze someone through a fence. It is not a bug, it is a glitch - and he abused it (which, by the way, if you actually read the rules, you would see is prohibited)
