I vote [font=comic sans ms:wddulmt3]+Support[/font:wddulmt3] for Jhoche's ban. I dont have proof because it was all of a suden and a late night, but I was a mutant and I was keypad cracking a base right after you went down the first 2 stairs on the metro entrance, and he just came and lolpwned me, and it wasn't his base. He just came out of metro tunnel and Pew pew and then went out. Not to say I was obviously underground.

I would call that far from no where near the KOS line, and if you where milling around it then you obviously have intentions to cross it, why else would you be standing outside there base when it leads only one way.

No rules broken here, the first video clearly shows you crossing the massive KOS line in front of his base. The second shows that he is already wanted so he is allowed to kill police.
