I was in this server when this happened, the guy at the top, his name was Karyl or something, and he was blocking the ladder so no one could get up. Eventually someone shot him.

Not allowed under ANY circumstance - if there's a problem, ghetto methods are not what you use. You call an administrator using F1/@.

He also pushed a lot more people off than the guy stuck on the ladder.

But what if admins are busy with something else or there are none on duty? Do you expect people to wait for them? All it takes is for someone to get annoyed with waiting and kill the guy on top, making it worse and RDM.

I'm sorry but I fail to see the logic with your solution, shooting him would cause a want, then they'd get arrested...
And who says you need a physgun to push in real life? I'd much rather push something at someone than shoot them, I don't know where you come from but where I live when someone blocks something they don't get shot...
