Generally driving around recklessly. Making attempts to kill people, as well as going back and forward on me as I stood on the sidewalk.

Well I would agree with giving him a warning. I dont think this is enough for a ban.

In that video, I was actually attempting to park outside the door. Hence, the repeated attempts to mount the pavement and going backwards over the same spot - small distances are different to control. If I'd meant to kill you, I just wouldn't have reversed. That's also why I then got out the car just after the end of this video.

Evidence is there but a ban is a bit extreme.
