Player was trolling all players attempting to leave the spawn. This could be an indescribably negative first impression on the server on new players, and despite being told that what he was doing was retarded: he didn't cease his actions.

I know that this is a potential caveat of the rules, but this shouldn't be allowed: new players might not take it so kindheartedly.
