Story - Basically this person had been warned a lot and he got a final warning from Bane and Fruerlund, if he broke another rule he would get banned for 2 days. It wasn't long after that he broke NLR for the second time.

I am +Support for this reguest due to following reasons.

Ive kicked him, warned him several times for breaking RDM, NLR and the list goes on. I really dont think he gets the point, and I am fairly certain he got banned for 2 days today.
