Reason - Exploiting bugs, more according to Earl.
Story - I was giving my car fuel, then suddenly i saw Ted talking to a guy, i decided to listen in, and he talked to me about how he knows a exploit about cars, and that i should do it so he can get a free Corvetta, i said No, that's against the rules etc. And i took the screens.

Yea.. this ted guy is a huge exploiter and just general bad player. This stuff I don't have proof for sorry but I have seen him phygun cars NLR RDM.. it is just ridiculous. I might remember Ted. I think he somehow wound up with something like $-1354 which was an infinite value for cash. I never figured out how he got infinite money, but I wouldn't be surprised if he glitched to get there.
