Reason - Propclimb, and apparently propspam too, as the server almost crashed like half. Only got proof of propclimb tho.
Story - I was walking out of my base, looking for a base to raid, saw this Fiuza guy getting props to propclimb up in this Guy's base.

Server - The only server ZARP has. DarkRP #1
Time and date (CET) - GMT +1 7AM.
Other comment - I don't like those who break rules on porpuse.
