What Did The Staff Member(s) do?:
So, Callum arrested me during the "event setup". Since this is a PVE event, everyone must have their weapons ready to fight the boss, meaning that no interactions involving players hurting or killing each other should take place during the event or its setup phase.
However, there is a flaw: the police can arrest players during the setup phase without needing to engage in combat. This creates a major exploit, and Callum, who seems to be targeting me, chose to take advantage of it, waiting for that moment to rip off all my items, and
disabling me from participating in the event altogether.
After being shocked by this exploit, I asked Callum for a refund, which he refused to do. Therefore, I am making this report to demand accountability and to emphasize that this is not the first time this has happened.

We can see again callum abusing in event and made me push out the area and don't let my chance to win that new case

Hey sinz,

We've just looked into your demote request in the Community Team meeting and we've determined that there are no grounds for punishments against Callum, as there is no rule against arresting players in the boss battle arena. We will however look into either adding a rule against it in the next SSRP meeting or add a technical solution so this won't be an issue in the future. You are not eligible for a refund.
