I tried to talk to him but wouldn't do anything trying to understand why he acted in such a mean way and targeted me.

Was trying to do the city event to be in the top 3 and then crystal started rule breaking on me for X reasons and when I asked him why he said "yes" "yes" then "yes" and again "yes" so not a good valid reason IG
