I had witnessed crackrat raiding sinz so i knight demoned him and killed him, then then came back and did the same thing to me

Why are you as an fbi defending a criminal?
Not sure if you have a longer clip but it doesn't look like crackrat interacted or did anything that started a raid so it looks like ardm to rip a suit, from the proof provided you've shown him walking up some stairs, because this is ssrp intention of actions is not a reason to kill someone and you are only reporting him because you got fucking mogged mate

I reckon he could counter report you for corrupt cop + ardm of a suit
