Hello Sinz,

I have reviewed the footage and the context regarding this report and here is my outcome.

I’m a firm believer that a rule break is a rule break regardless of impact, intend to refund or financial impact to the person / victim. I also with my extended tenure on the server have came across multiple situations where we have upheld the fact that destroying someone’s entities such as printers, drug labs, pots, health and armour chargers and in this case a tactical insertion is classed as raiding.

I also believe that we should follow precedent from previous reports and punishments which you have clearly shown that this in the past has been classed as a rule break.

I do have to agree with the other staff members that this is an incredibly minor rule break and you are likely experiencing this more than other players as you are rising to this giving them the attention and rage that they feed off. If you honestly wish for things like this to stop happening don’t give them the satisfaction they are after by responding in chat / raging / spamming forum reports.

That being said I do still class this as a rule break and it will be dealt with accordingly depending on the reported player’s recent warnings depending the severity of the punishment.
