Other Comments - (Anything else you want to add?) This is not the first time that lefty has rdmed one of my suits using a tripmine, as a former staff member and a community member since 2017 if a punishment is given out it shouldn't be a verbal warning.

Reason - (What rules did the person break?) 4.25 trap rules and 2.2 rdm

Story - (What happened?) There was an event where u had to go far while not touching the ground, I was in a jugg grappling around the hospital and I fly into a tripmine that was placed (didn't see it) I was in the air so I wasn't able to see the tripmine, when I died I saw in chat it was lefty, due to lefty being number 1 and rulebreaking to win a skull case I lost my jugg,. Rule states:

4.25 Placeable Traps/Entities -
This rule applies to any entity that is capable of killing or hurting another user.
This includes but is not limited to the turret, tripmines, propeller traps etc.

It should always have a legitimate purpose in the way they are placed.
It should not be placed in the spawn and mine districts.
If it kills a player, the player must be KOS otherwise it is considered RDM.
If the entity is clearly visible, and you have a reasonable chance to not get killed or hurt by it, and you walk into it, it is not considered RDM.

1. There was no legitimate purpose of placing a tripmine as it was out in the open and there was no base and or raidable entities nearby

2. I wasn't kos due to it being a public area , me not damaging the player or their gang member with my grapple or was Kos because any other reason, or at all being a threat to their life.

3. Due to the jugg interface it is difficult to see tripmines and since I was grappling in random directions and having no sound I wouldn't be able to hear the tripmine being placed nor see the blue light it makes, I was unaware of a tripmine being placed at all, the entity wasn't clearly visible as I was in the air and when I died I saw that the tripmine was placed on the floor facing up, due to me grappling randomly trying to stay off the ground it would be almost impossible for me to see said tripmine therefore it is considered rdm, even with all these reasons the tripmine being placed in a public area is invalid

I do not have a video however cm logs can show the location of where I died being not a valid place to put a tripmine as there is no base or entities nearby, I tried to speak to lefty before making this report for a chance of a refund and this is the response, they clearly dont care at all and therefore blocked me after 1 sentence.

Not tryna be that guy but since you got no video this isn’t gonna go anywhere, as (shockingly) text that says where you died doesn’t show the whole situation, if you damaged him, if his tripmine was in a proper spot that was within the rules, as people can base in the hospital, your gang has literally printed there before. Consider getting proof before attempting to waste people’s time!!!!
