What Did The Staff Member(s) do?:
- Falsely banning me for the non-existent rule of "Arguing".
- Throwing disgusting blatant slander that I am "Abusing new players" while he is simultaneously doing the same thing.
- Extremely disgusting and unprofessional behavior not suited for a staff member whatsoever.
- Despite me questioning his basis of his accusations, he kept denying to tell me what the reasoning for his claims were but at the same time kept claiming it is 100% undisputable and true.
- Warning and banning me without a sit in the middle of my roleplay situations (2 occasions)
- Despite being presented with nothing but only respectful questions, kept trying to make fun of me and being petty while refusing to answer said questions and saying he has 0 respect for me or my opinions and spamming "make a forum report" instead of holding a normal human conversation which again is not suitable staff member behavior.

I should make sure to explain the situation first:
We see a "New Players Bank" made by elemental in spawn, but there is 0 new players online so we raid it only to find, shocker, 0 new players' printers inside. Upon questioning why he hides only his own printers under the name of "New Player Bank", he said he helps new players but I abuse them. I try to respectfully acquire the information on how I "abuse new players" from him, but it only goes downhill because he cannot answer a simple question or help himself from throwing around this slander for no reason. In the end he bans me because I was "arguing" im unsure when this rule was introduced though.

Thanks for taking the time to create this report, I have spoken to Elemental and some members of the lead team to gather up context as to what led to this argument breaking out in OOC and how it was handled. It is fairly difficult to establish what had truly happened in this OOC argument as these screenshots seem to be taken at different times with messages potentially missing, but regardless I have spoke to multiple people to get their sides of the story anyways.

First of all, this arguing should have not happened from anyone, full stop. You are not helping matters at all by instigating it further, neither is Elemental. What disappoints me is how no member of staff on the server at the time decided to step in and put an immediate stop to the arguing in OOC, staff members are expected to prevent this from happening and whilst you shouldn't have been punished without being brought to a roof (Elemental will be dealt with for this), I can understand why he felt like the punishment was necessary here.

Whilst Elemental should have took the time to speak to you, one-to-one, to rectify any issues, again you don't help matters by persistently arguing about it. Elemental will also be spoken to regarding his attitude towards the situation.

The lead team will deal with this further in the next SSRP meeting.
