so this person while I'm mining quietly makes me a "mug" which is not allowed when we're mining and to my surprise when I resume the game and he does it to me and I reacted after that 'he shoots me which shows that I was not able to play and moreover I think it is not a valid reason to get a kill easily when we minning

After a LONG chat with nafe (me and him have been discussing your reports from the moment you made them). We have decided that this is a grey area in the rules (that needs to be corrected/change in our opinions), it is clear that miners are afk and to "/me mug" or "/me leave or die" is using the /me system just to kill you which I would deem boarderline loopholing. HOWEVER in this one instance it's going to be a VERY strong verbal warn to not do it again and also a heads up to anyone else who wishes to try these tactics to get a rise out of people. I hope you can accept this outcome as a it will not happen again punishment free.
