I was participating in a city event when all of a sudden extra backstab me and rip my jugg while he claims that my turret fired at him while when he came he was in automatic mode and as you can tell see in the clip it came nice and well when it was in automatic mode

Your turret was obstructing extras passage to the medic and armour NPC and as such the threat and the associated parties were neutralised.
