Hello Sinz,

I've reviewed the clips you sent of BigNice245, I can't see where he started a zone capture, neither job abuse, as it is a few minutes before he then changes jobs. I have warned him however for defending the bank as Casino Security.

I have spoken to sym11 and advised him of the rules around Casino Security, as above, I'm unable to see Job abuse, netiher Zone capture. as it's a few minutes before he changes job, and the Zone capture is alreday started on your recording.
