Reason - (What rules did the person break?) RDM and NLR (nlr isnt shown in video however he killed himself in the district and that distinctly gave him nlr can be seen via cm logs)

Story - (What happened?) before the clip codabro was using his stunstuck to push my miners as per usual, during the clip I wanted to deep sea dive and I was getting the crates, at the end of the clip codabro tries to intentionally make me try to hit him by mining the crate, it didn't work so he decided to rdm me instead, I never hit codabro in this clip and even if i did it look like he wanted to be hit, I've reported this person multiple times for the same reasons and as a former super admin he clearly only comes on the server to rule break nowadays which is upsetting so please if you can get him gone, you can also see in the clip his intention was just to follow me and harras me.

Clearly hit me but thank you for attempting to manipulate with your false evidence, anyway when im just trying to roleplay a weapon check please dont avoid it like your life depends on it. You clearly have something against me for no reason so please stop this constant harassment.
