Reason - (What rules did the person break?) mass rdm , no intent to roleplay

Story - (What happened?) I was AFK mining and this person came along and killed them with poison grenades, this not only affected my roleplay but others as I was not the only person in the mines, he has done this before if you scroll back in his clips, clips was found on my buying/selling post, as a former admin he should understand that rulebreaking isnt ok but he still decides to do it.
