I have spoken to Raymin Boy about this, he admitted where he went wrong and apologized for his actions. Given his rap sheet as of recently is pretty clean (over a month since his previous warning) and he has no prior RDA punishments through to 2020 this ended with a talking to and no further action will be taken, however he is well aware if this happens again he WILL be punished.
