After reviewing your report and the video evidence, I have decided to deny this report. Mugging has always been a grey area, but it was addressed earlier in the Lead Team Meeting and this is now part of the rules.

You must give your mugging victims a reasonable amount of time to respond to your demands.

Because this was very unclear to players, I will not accept the report on the basis that it was not clear enough in the rules; however, since it has been added to the rules now, please feel free to report it if it occurs again.
