SjaakTrekHaak, We've been demoted the first time because of Scottie. You know what happend with Scottie? Good then you know it was an unfair demote.

Second time we left ourselves due to the server not working correctly and the staff not giving a damn and we had our private reasons - So it wasn't a demote, get your facts straight before replying.
We didn't break base rules, as that wasn't an entrance but whatever, I'm not going to explain it again.

Both Nade and me didn't do annything wrong this time. Have a nice day.

With the attitude that you've displayed in my first impression of you both, it makes me wonder what positive impacts you bring to the community at all, and I don't think that I will see you guys in a different light from what you've just proven to me.

I gave something that's most likely to be truthful. I made the point that just because Scottie gets banned, all of his victims which may well have been demoted on valid grounds shouldn't rise from the dead - I've had issues with you in the past week already Nade - I have a right to infer from your attitude that you may well be creating excuses.

At no point did I say that the ban WAS invalid, I was just mentioning that him being banned plays no part in this ban request, or the demotion of you previously.

Stop trying to detour from the fact that this is a demotion request on you, and that you most likely haven't changed at all.

You were demoted, not because of Scottie. But because you had abused and harassed people on the server ever since you joined. Scottie just happened to be the last straw for Agent and thus the reason for your demotion. The entire staff at the time supported both your demotions in the meeting.

For Melvin ACCEPTED for demotion due to becoming staff in another community.

Nade should be issued a TIER ONE warning only.

Just want to put this in. People that wasn't around when Nade and MelvinVA got demoted when that Scottie deal happend(on the pictures Sjaak showed us) Should not go on and tell them how bad and abusive they are. Because that case was right on their part and Scottie, as always before turned it against them.
