I do this topic to date because stewart has been taken enough by members of the staff and me so that he stops harassing me but from what I see he continues constantly whether in the forum or in SSRP while ruining my gameplay and pushing me not to take pleasure in playing on ZARP.
It's been a very long time that stewart has been harassing me and cause drama and the fact of harming me in the forum by commenting each time in each of my topics sarcastic and ironic sentences while breaking the "TOU".
Moreover also in the SSRP where it massively breaks rules to harm my gameplay or in the chat ooc to discriminate against me and annoying me constantly.
But whether on SSRP or FORUM he will continue to harass me whether it is to answer me to annoy me or to make ironic comments about me I make this postponement so that he is punished for all moments like his

this is all the evidence that has been accumulated against stewart due to the fact that shit posting in my topics to harass me as usual instead of leaving me alone

I think you and I can both agree that, for Stewie, this is pretty meaningless. I will let him know to perhaps not reuse the same joke over and over again but, realistically he isn't breaking TOU here...

All of the replies in your proof are completely harmless and although I can't tell you what you should and shouldn't be offended by, definitely aren't a cause for concern.
