Hello VaultGirl,

Could you please follow the below template, the key part in this instance being the proof of SteamID!

[b]Name[/b] - (What is the accused person's name?)
[b]Steam-ID[/b] - (What is the accused person's Steam-ID?)
[b]Evidence Of Steam-ID[/b] - (Screenshot or video of the accused players Steam-ID)
[b]Server[/b] - (What server was this on?)
[b]Time And Date (CET)[/b] - (When did it happen?)
[b]Other Comments[/b] - (Anything else you want to add?)
[b]Reason[/b] - (What rules did the person break?)
[b]Story[/b] - (What happened?)
[b]Proof[/b] - (Any proof (video or screenshot) that clearly shows what happened.)

It seems like pretty conclusive proof but I just want to double check it's definitely them in the video and not an impersonator.

This was discussed and voted on in the Prop Hunt meeting and we have voted to deny this report on the basis we do not have SteamID proof -- this is really important when reporting people as it allows us to prove someone isn't being impersonated and proof isn't being forged.
