Reason - (What rules did the person break?) Making others commit RDA with him
Story - (What happened?) So as stated in the screen shot I posted, the guy wanted other law enforcers to RDA anyone with him in spawn for no reason
Proof - (Any proof (video or screenshot) that clearly shows what happened.) Listed here
