I would like to point out that i had this picture last year on the forums as well as it starts on 13th of november and ends on 5th of december. I've also had the "zwarte piet" roleplay name before and it seemed fine back then.

I do not care about the ban at all. But the fact that xnator just completely ignores me after i tried explaining him the tradition makes me question his ranks.

I'll just re-iterate what I told you in response to your email to the Community Team: "Using cultural references and traditions to loophole our policies and rules regarding discrimination and - specifically - racism is unacceptable. We've given you multiple chances to stop by removing your profile picture before issuing a ban and you still decided that it was a good idea to keep going." Hello rroobbiinn10xx,

As it has been mentioned multiple times, TheXnator wasn't the one who issued the ban, nor removed your PFP prior to it. You've said that you do not care about the ban itself but rather the fact that TheXnator failed to respond to you. I've been shown pictures of your DM's on Discord in which TheXnator diligently responded to most of your messages and only failed to reply to the later ones, specifically, the last few.

Staff members are not obliged by any rule or policy to respond to any and every message that they receive, hence why I am not at liberty to issue any sort of disciplinary action to TheXnator, just because he didn't message you back.

If you have any concerns about the way TheXnator performs his administrative duties, feel free to reach out to any other member of the Community Team on TeamSpeak, Discord, via E-Mail, or create a new forum report.
