After talking with Richard and Kuba I came to a conclusion to re-inform Kuba about; physgunning other peoples props without permission and about building as a FBI in spawn. He told me he have learned from his mistakes and told me this will not happen again. My sincere apologies for the inconvenience.

No further action will be taken
