Definitely not something a staff member should be actively seeking but I don't think it's serious enough to warrant a punishment

Such misconduct should not be displayed by a member of staff. If anything, he should be actively trying to prevent any arguments/drama from occurring, and not trying to spark them by "trying to make you mad lol". A talking to will hopefully suffice.

I would say that he shouldn't be having that attitude in OOC so maybe a speaking too. However, this isnt the first time but ill let Joshua decide

He has assured me that he will not do it again, No Further action to be taken at this time
