I don't personally really care what random people on the internet say but I feel like this certain individual could have gotten more than just an automatic ban for his behaviour.
All these messages were sent over the span of 5 minutes. (The staff member online was probably very busy with reports since there was a lot of shite happening at the time so he couldn't mute him sooner)

I have looked at your report, the users rapsheet and decided to punish the reported player. He has recently come off a ban for racism with 5 other recent punishments for forms of racism.
The user will be banned from the server for 1 week, and I have ensured the ban reason reminds him that racism of any form is not tolerated on ZARP, and the fact every warn he has includes 'racism' tells me he needs a longer break.
