Hello BeepBeep,
In an effort to deal with this report as fairly as possible I have had to scan through every possible rule relating to this situation that I could. From my memory you weren't allowed to raid the mines for the sole reason to kill miners, this was a written rule and used to be quite a big thing due to particular people going out of their way to prevent users AFK mining.
Off topic I am still refusing to take responsibility for the Anti-Miner's actions!
Incidentally I was going to immediately deny this report, because for the longest time I remember there being a rule about no entities being allowed in the mines. Which appears to have been removed, for whatever reason and this would have given you
0 reason to raid the mines. However, I cannot find this rule at all and it appears to have been removed, which means you are perfectly within your rights to raid the mining dupes for
the purpose of getting inside and finding entities.
I probably wouldn't advise killing the miners in the process though as you have no way of proving who owns specific props and generally there is no reason to kill miners anyway unless they are attacking you. I also don't think you should be killing miners if you were to find printers in the mines as you can't guarantee they are associated with the owners of the printers.
In terms of the repasting during a raid and NLR / raid timer side of things. You would find that TrueOverL is definitely in the wrong, he should not be killing you just for entering the mines on the suspicion you are there to cause problems, he should have waited each time for definitive actions from you. I will do my best to explain each clip as best as possible...
In
Clip Number One you will find that you are completely within your rights to be reporting these particular actions: 2.2 (Random Death Match). You are perfectly fine to enter the mines as any job, with the exception of mutant, you will not be KOS for doing so. He has chosen instead to kill you based off of potential past-life actions, which is not allowed.
In-terms of his removal of the dupe to kill you, only to immediately re-paste it, that is a bit of a grey area. You aren't technically raiding and he did not re-paste it during any sort of combat. So he was actually fine to remove the dupe and kill you in the process.
During the
second clip we see TrueOverL obviously attempting to RDM you yet again, simply for you entering the mines and again off of potential previous-life actions. Which he likely killed you for during the time anyway.
In this video you are seen actually getting the opportunity to defend yourself, which in-turn escalates the situation into more of a raid scenario. In-which placement of props is not allowed, however he appears to have done that anyway. So I will be adding that to one of the reasons that this report will be accepted.
That appears to be all the proof this report has to offer, when I am next able to get online I will be taking a look at TrueOverL's rapsheet and deciding the appropriate punishment from there, it appears the SSRP server is missing a rule that would prevent situations from like this happening, so I plan on going easy on him in some aspects, although there is no justification for blatant RDM.
Thank you for taking the time to report this!
