I am kind of confused why you have waited 2-3 days to report this. It almost seems like you are holding evidence on a player to report them when they annoy you. Any how what kronon did was not allowed. Yes he can pull the Fear Rp rule but he cant force you to wear a suit and rip you. By threatening to warn you he is abusing his powers.

this is funny because he was refering to the joke of you not pulling out suits ever or just being scared so you take it off straight away. this isnt admin abuse since it was a kidnap and he wasnt using any of his powers so i really dont know why you keep doing this just to get us banned or warned it seems that your a bit angry

Technically under hostage situation it's required you do what they say, but I agree that it's a bit unfair. The presumed intent of equipping you with a Juggernaut suit would be to put it at risk, which is something certainly more valuable than the $50k max ransom fee. I also don't particularly like that Kronen threatened to warn you on the spot - in a situation where he has a vested interest, it would make more sense for him to get another staff member to handle it.
