Admissions of hacking are only valid and therefore punishable if they are made directly to a lead team member. Unless you can show us evidence of him cheating, ideally by spectating him while he is hacking, then nothing can be done.

He could have just been joking though buddy? Like Mattors said there is no clear evidence of him hacking what so ever so this will get denied by staff.

I honestly don't know what to say it's extremely hard to tell he's hacking considering the footage is not the best (no offense tho)
I will wait until an admin responds.
