Reason
NLR

Story - (What happened?)
Originally the report was handled in-game, but the handling staff member told me that he didn't break NLR because he died in the vault. As you can see from this video of me killing him:
he did not at any point enter the vault.

Now if you look at my second video where people will say they're two districts in bank, you'll see that you actually need to enter the vault to get the district of "Bank" on your NLR screen rather than "Bank district":

After looking at your evidence, speaking with a lead team member, and looking at the place of the map in question, I have decided to deny this. As of now, we believe that the bank vault starts at the AOS / KOS sign, meaning that the user in question died inside of the vault itself instead of the district. Thank you for making this report as it allows us to clear up any future confusion.
